The Brushes You Need!

When we go shopping we sometimes get overwhelmed with the different makeup brushes and not to mention the new makeup inventions that come on the market. We just don't know what brushes we really need because in all honesty we just can't buy everything. Getting the right tools makes a world of a difference in the outcome of your makeup.

Take a look at the brushes you really need after the break

Blush/Bronzer Brush

This brush is a soft medium sized dome shaped natural brush. The long bristles on the brush is soft enough not to disturb the foundation or irritate the skin and helps to give the cheek a natural pop of color when applied.

Concealer Brush!

The concealer brush is an important tool to have as with this brush will allow you to apply concealer to the specific areas on your face that you need detailed coverage.

Eyeliner/brow brush

It is a small angled natural or synthetic  brush which is very multipurpose. You can apply your liner to your lash line as well as for brow powder application.

Lip Brush!

It is a small round tipped brush that is used especially when you are defining your lips especially if you are applying a bold lip color. I have often used my lip brush, clean ofcourse! to apply shimmer in detailed spots in the corner of the eye as it is small enough for the accurate placement needed.

Eye Shadow Blending Brush!

This is the ultimate blending brush for the eyes, because of its soft flower shape you are able to get into the crease of the eye and define your eyes with precision.

Eye Shadow Brush!

This brush is small natural flat and stiff  and is used to apply eyeshadow all over the eye area to give your eyes a smooth finish.

Powder Brush!

This is a must have for those who do not like using a sponge or a powder puff. The soft bristles naturally glide over the face as you lightly dust the powder on to your skin which sets the foundation.

Foundation Brush!

For some this brush might be considered optional. Personally I like using a foundation brush as it does not absorb as much product as a sponge and it allows you to blend in the foundation to an airbrush like quality. This is not say that finger application is not as good but if you love brushes, these are usually of synthetic quality and a good foundation brush makes a world of a difference!

Let me know if these brushes made a difference in your makeup routine!
