Getting that Glow !

We are constantly bombarded with images of celebrities with the perfect skin and that Summer glow. Believe it or not ,it is easy to get that glow it just takes the know how of product placement - Yes folks, product placement. In this picture of Keri Hilson we see that the makeup artist applied bronzer at the high points on her body.

The high points on the face are the nose,cheeks,the chin and the forehead. When highlights or bronzers are placed on these areas so when your picture is taken or when the sunlight hits you the light bounces off these points to give off a reflection of glowing skin. Also another key area, especially when you are wearing shoulder baring outfits are along the shoulders and the collar bone. This glow gives the illusion of a more toned body.

My pick for a great and affordable bronzer is the Maybelline Mousse Bronzer which comes in a variety of shades from Glistening Sun for fairer skin tones to Sun Glow which has been a perfect fit for me. It is in a mousse like and manageable consistency and only a dab is needed at the high points to give off the Summer glow effect.
