Yesterday while working on the set at the casino I came across a beautiful girl who had the drawn the most fabulous cat eyes. I just had to ask her what product she used. The liner she used was of matte consistency and upon questioning her she said that it was a pencil and she did not use any powder ti set it. She said she had tried various brands but this one came out as a winner as not only was it extremely black it stayed on the whole day.
