- Use a spooly brush your brows upwards.
- Take your flat front cuticle scissors and slowly cut along the edges of your hair.
- Tweeze the upper areas of brow hair that cannot be cut.
- Clean up the arch area, check for stray hairs.
- Use handle of your makeup brush, with your nose as a guide to measure where your brows should naturally begin.
- Shift handle so it is line with your pupil to know where the arch of your brows should be located.
- Place handle at the corner of your eye, with your nose as a reference point to see where the tail of your brows should end.
- After knowing where your brow should start and end, proceed to fill in your brows with brow powder.
