The Eyes have it !

We all desire the smokey eye effect that works for us.

A good smokey eye starts out with lining the upper and lower lash line and for a more dramatic effect you can line the inner rim of the eye. You then go over with powder of a dark hue and blend blend blend.
Some tips when doing this, you can either start the eye makeup first before foundation or if you chose to do it first by putting translucent powder under the eyes to catch fallout. Also to reduce eyeshadow droppings you can damp your brush which will make the makeup adhere better and increase the pigment.
